Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange under the 30 Day Warranty Program.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging it was received.

In order to receive your refund please follow the steps below:

1.

Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.

2.

Request your RAN (Return Authorization Number) with your reason for return. Please include pictures or video of the product that supports your claim. Upon approval you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.

3.

To assure your refund please use a Traceable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing returned packages. (You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a full refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund).

4.

Upon the receipt of your package your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery and is not covered by our 30 Day Warranty Program.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet please double check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is posted by your bank. Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have not yet received your refund, please contact us.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.

RETURNED SHIPPING

The customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning a package not under the 30 Day Warranty Program.. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of the original ordering time.Once the order has been dispatched, we can't recall it or cancel it. Any order cancellations made on VIIDeJour.com will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of total cost of products cancelled regardless of the time elapsed from time of order purchased (even if it's only by a second) This percentage fee is due to cover our cancellation costs with our bank and payment gateways.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

⚠️ Please keep in mind that everything here at DeJourHats.com is Made To Order, we to not hold inventory Therefore, we take anywhere from about 3-7 business days (depending on workload) to create your Item. Most orders are processed within 3-5 days. We do everything we can to get your order to you on time, however due to the popularity of our products, please allow at least 7-21 days for your order to arrive (USA customers).

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

You can check on the status of your order at any time by going to USPS web page and entering the tracking number you received via email. You can also reach out to our customer support team or write to us from the Contact Us page to ask questions at any time.

THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?

If you're buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately. Note: if for some reason your order is not released or takes longer than 90 days by customs, we'll send you a replacement!

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, Some individual items may take longer to create then others, for example our shoes take about 4-7 Business Days to make while our hats only takes 3-5 Business Days , we might ship your items at different times and in different packages to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! Please DO NOT panic if you've ordered 3 items and only 2 have been delivered, the other 1 is on the way!

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs (international), sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a replacement . Please see our refund and return / refund policy for further details on shipping situations.

Preorder Status and Delivery Timeframe

⚠️ Please be aware that your purchase is a preorder. This means that the item is not yet available for immediate shipment. The estimated delivery timeframe for preorder items is between 30 to 65 days from the date of your order. While we strive to deliver your product within this period, please understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will keep you informed of any significant changes to the expected delivery schedule.

Limited Edition Availability

Our limited edition products are created in very small quantities to ensure their exclusivity and value. For each product release, only 125 units will be made available for preorder. Due to this limited production run, we encourage you to secure your purchase as soon as possible. Once these 125 units are sold, no additional units will be produced or made available for sale.

Upon placing a preorder, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation will include details about your purchase and the estimated delivery timeframe. Payment for your preorder will be processed at the time of order placement. This secures your limited edition item and ensures that it will be reserved for you.

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the limited nature of these products, all preorder sales are final. We are unable to accept cancellations or provide refunds once the preorder has been placed.
