⚠️ Keep in mind that we build demand, everything is handmade ( designer color printing, cutting and sewing ) just for you. Therefore, we can take about 2-5 business days (depending on workload) to create your custom hat before shipping.

All products come with a FREE replacement or refund warranty for 30 days from purchase. If your order package is lost in transit, if the product does not match the description, or if the item is defective in any way please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure the issue is resolved.

For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us, we will replace or refund your purchase after verification.
